Listen on

Episode notes

Nick Sheppard, former guitarist for the legendary British punk rock band, The Clash, settled in Perth, Western Australia in 1994 after rocking stages worldwide.

In this episode, Nick provides a unique perspective on the decision to become a British expat and his experiences of life down under, answering the question posed by one of The Clash's most iconic songs, 'Should I Stay Or Should I Go'?

Discover whether the 'London's Calling' musician has any regrets about leaving the limelight behind and why he's grateful to be an immigrant in Australia.

Nick still enjoys making music and playing to small crowds and he now runs a clothing store in Australia: www.Elroyclothing.com.au
