Welcome back to The Cake. In this new series we will be exploring why we do the jobs we do, what motivates us and how our work life choices are influenced by many factors, both planned and unplanned. In this first episode we introduce our new co-host Ian Crowley and talk with hospital Chaplain Adrian Burholt and Macmillan Primary Cancer Care Facilitator Nurse Rhonda Williams. Rhonda describes her life in South Africa and what motivates her in her work while Adrian takes us on a journey from tech entrepreneur to hospital chaplain and charity founder.
