Podcasting is hard work. Growing an audience is even harder.
When starting our podcast the goal was simple: connect with as many people on a one-to-one level as possible. Our priority was the guests.
Right after the 260 episode mark we got offered to be part of the HubSpot Podcast Network, and their investment -like any other sponsor- required for us to start growing an audience.
After three months, coaching sessions, and tons of episodes recorded, here are 5 things we learned that helped us grow our audience.
