He is the former CEO of a nationally acclaimed multi-campus private school system and a 6th Degree Black Belt in Aikido. In his latest book, Full Contact Performance: The Internal Art of Organizational Collaboration, Grayson helps leaders understand what it takes to become better collaborators.
