Escentric Molecules - The Cult-Favorite Molecular Perfume Celebrating The Art Of Chemistry ft. Geza Schön & Paul White
Episode notes
Geza Schön and Paul White are the masterminds behind the ‘anti-fragrance’ fragrance brand, Escentric (ess-centric) Molecules. The brand founder Geza is a perfumer, while Paul is the Creative Director and design guru, and together they developed the brand’s radical vision and scent library.
Debuting in 2006, Escentric Molecules introduced Iso E Super to the world - an aroma-molecule that does not actually exist in nature and was created in a laboratory. The first fragrance ‘Molecule 01’, became an instant cult-favourite and followed by the collection of fragrance pairs with its complementary line, Escentric. Not only did each pair disrupt the world of fragrance, its imagery also marked a shift in the category. Tune in to discover this story of chemistry, science, technology and art.
