Following on from last week’s return of our favourite palaeontologist/author Wayne Telford, along with Josh (the co-host of “Science, But Simple”), although this episode delves into different topical territory. Religion & faith are discussed, as well as morality of religion, Josh, Wayne & Mike then each discuss their views on consciousness and the afterlife, followed by some notable animals, including water-dwelling, land-dwelling and extinct creatures - so anyone who’s interested in learning about some cool new animals and some of the crazy things they do, this podcast will be right up your street!

Last week they discussed what superpowers would be the most ideal to use in a realistic (less vigilante-like) sense and which ones they think they’d get if they were a fictional character. As well as the above, they talk about human culling & utilitarianism, mentioning Thanos’ idea of balance and how, or if, it could work, followed by opinions on assisted suicide, “anti-natalism”, abortion and stem-cells.
