ABOUT REAR ADMIRAL MARIA LORE AGUAYO:

Rear Admiral Lore Aguayo is the Commander of the US Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Atlantic, which is NAFA. She's the first female to oversee NAFA Atlantic and she's a US Fleet Forces Civil Engineer. She was formerly NAFA Chief of Staff in Washington DC.

Rear Admiral Maria has also been NAFA Commanding Officer in Naples, she holds an MSc Civil Engineering degree from Stanford, and she is the first female Civil Engineering Corps to be elected as an admiral.
