And that's how I met today’s guest, Alison Liepzig. Ali led a sound bath experience in my hometown of Los Angeles, which I was able to attend after hearing about Ali’s work from a friend. When it was over, I knew I wanted to talk with Ali here on Hold the Light.


Ali has her hands in several spiritually-inspired spaces. She is the co-founder of Soul Camp Creative, which is a sacred strategy house committed to serving spiritual entrepreneurs. She’s also a spiritual teacher, retreat and camp leader, and a sound and vibrational healer.


It’s her work with sound and vibration that we’re focusing on today.
