The Irish Women's Team Pursuit Squad have just made history by securing a first ever Olympic Qualification slot for Paris 2024. Mia Griffin has been a member of this squad from the very beginning after finding her way from intercounty camogie to cycling via a talent transfer program.

In 7 short years, Mia has gone from learning to ride a track bike at the velodrome to being on the cusp of selection for the Olympic Squad. In this episode we hear all about this journey with plenty of fascinating stories and laughs along the way.
