Living With Ovarian Cancer Podcast
Episode 31 Karen Bygate
Episode notes
‘Living with Ovarian Cancer Podcast’ is full of inspiring stories told by people who are living with or have a connection with Ovarian Cancer. Each person’s story is a gift to those listening; unique and told from the heart in their own words. I am your host, Diane Evans-Wood. In this episode I am honoured to talk to Karen Bygate who has generously given her time to tell me her story at a very difficult time in her life. Karen is in the palliative phase of her Ovarian Cancer disease (High Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer), and we talk very honestly about what this means. If you are at a point in your life whereby you feel that this subject is too difficult for you to listen to, please do stop listening and come back to Karen’s episode another time. At the end of the recording, we were both trying to think of the name of the Sacred men in India; the name for them is Sadhu (it was on the tip of our tongues!)
