Together they talk about Maude’s experiences of acting and starring in the TV series The Vikings and about her decision to temporarily step away from that career. Maude describes how this led to a period of ‘unravelling’ during which she discovered meditation and the power of trusting her internal voice. She also shares her experiences of growing up in a single parent household, the power and energy of maternal love and her understanding of the ways the sacred masculine and the sacred feminine weave into her relationships.
