#273 - Running is an active sport and as an active sport, things can happen while you're running. If you've ever had a serious accident while running or had another unfortunate circumstance, you may have suffered from PTSD, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. This week, I talk about how DTSD relates to running and how you can take steps to help find your way through. This is such a huge and terrible disorder, that I'm focusing on runners here in particular to keep the focus on the theme of my show, but I do know that is in a subject that needs much more research and resources.
