Oliver Lam-Watson - Fencing for Silver and Going for Gold!
Episode notes
Welcome to the official ParalympicsGB Podcast the podcast! With less than six months to go until Paris 2024, we'll be catching up with a range of athletes hoping to represent the ParalympicsGB team this year.
This week, we have Paralympic silver-medalist Oliver Lam-Watson on the show, but there is more to the Fencer than just the sword.
Despite facing challenges from a young age, Oliver's newly-found passion for fencing propelled him into the world of international competition. Tune in as we explore Oliver's remarkable achievements, from clinching a bronze medal in individual Epee in Montréal 2018 to securing a silver medal in Tokyo, along with achieving a Masters degree in Architecture and running his own Youtube channel!
