In this, the 32nd episode of David´s CALM Leadership series, he continues with last week´s building strong work relationships theme. This time, he is explaining how to hire, hone and retain the right team. He includes tips to help you get the balance right so that you can treat your team members well without undermining your position as their leader.
He starts by reminding us of why we need a team so much. Then, he provides you with a simple method to identify what you need and find the right people to get things done.
