One of the most enlightening conversations we've ever had here on the Qualified Tutor Podcast, from two individuals who know Tourette's as well as anyone else.

Lucy Toghill is Tom’s mum, and has been a SEND teacher for over 15 years. Now, for the past 5 years, she's also been Education Manager at Tourettes Action: the leading support and research charity for people with Tourette’s and their families.

Thomas Toghill, Lucy’s 16-year-old son, was diagnosed with Tourette’s about 10 years ago (first realising the condition in him during the first Lego movie of all places) and has a wonderful tale to tell that will greatly help educators, parents and fellow students understand this condition and be able to support it best.
