In this chat with Josh, Camila opens up about her battle with an eating disorder in her early twenties, and the full circle moment of intentionally gaining muscle and strength for her biggest role yet. She talks candidly about the mental health retreat that changed everything, and the power of saying no. Now Camila believes if success is getting in the way of her happiness, it isn't worth it.
