Episode notes

Paul Sculfor is a distinguished British Model and Actor whose journey in the world of fashion has seamlessly blended with his passions for automobiles, mindset coaching and philanthropy, and this year he is celebrating 20 years of sobriety. He has worked with the likes of Giorgio Armani, Versace, and Jean Paul Gaultier, Paul Smith and Valentino and has frequently been referred to as 'the original supermodel' of the 90s.

Paul has been very open and honest over the years of his struggle with addiction, and in 2014 he founded the Stride Foundation to support those in need through recovery. This year he launched his podcast ‘This is Powerful’ where he speaks to professionals in the field of addiction as well as special guests who candidly talk about substance abuse and how they achieved sobriety.

In this episode Paul bares it all and opens up about the '9 lives' of his life and how he is finally in a place of contentment. He discusses his thoughts on having to put in action to make changes in your life and how he has always had a curiosity to see the world and work hard. Paul shares his Sliding Doors Moments including: his mum entering him into a modelling competition (unbeknownst to him) that he won and started his worldwide fashion career at 21, hitting rock bottom and going to rehab and how a friends phone call saved his life, and the moment of fate that he met his wife and became a dad at 47!
