Today, I have the privilege of hosting Brent Kedzierski, a seasoned HR professional with over 35 years of expertise in the field of human performance engineering and in driving organizational transformations. 

Brent's illustrious career has been marked by pioneering milestones in human performance across government and industry sectors, particularly in enhancing US Military aircraft platforms.

Brent drove significant transformations, particularly within Shell, where he led initiatives such as the Globalized HR function and ventures focused on HR Data Quality, Business Intelligence, Learning Strategy, and Innovation.

Brent is now Chief Learning Officer at HumanWRKS where he is responsible for owning strategy to improve the human performance experience across high risk / high consequence industries.
