Episode notes

Video content around powerful stories is what gets you noticed. This doesn't just apply to marketing your products and services to clients, but can be a powerful medium to connect and inspire your people as a leader.

George is the Founder of Small Films, a video agency specialising in the food & beverage sector with clients including Aldi Supermarket and Tilda Rice. His agency helps brands tell their story in the right way so they can connect with their customers more effectively. Small Films content has generated over 30 million views and raised millions of pounds in revenue for clients.
George founded the company off the back of a 14 year career in the television industry where he produced and directed for all the major networks including BBC, Channel 4, Discovery Channel and National Geographic. His work took him around the world filming a wide variety of different subjects from witchdoctors in the Amazon to heroin dealers in Chicago slums and from tarantula hunting in Cambodia to extreme fishing in Costa Rica. George’s first break in the TV business was booking audiences on the first Celebrity Big Brother back in 2002.
George believes that brands can make a positive impact on the world with their video content and he’s on a mission to help them do that.
