When I was just 8 years old, I found empowerment through an unlikely source: my dad's multi-gym in our garage. That's right, I discovered strength training at an early age, and it has absolutely transformed my life. Not only has it made me physically stronger and more confident, but it's also led to an understanding of how vital strength training is for our overall health and wellbeing, particularly when it comes to our bones.
