In this episode, Camilla Uppal speaks with Amelia Platton, founder of The Neurodiverse Lawyer Project, winner of the Best Use of Social Media Legal Cheek Award (2022), first-class law graduate and future trainee solicitor.

Amelia discusses the reason behind setting up The Neurodiverse Lawyer Project. as well her experience going through the training contract application process as an autistic and dyspraxic neurodiverse candidate.

Amelia provides actionable advice for how to request reasonable adjustments, what to ask for, and what more that law firms could be doing to improve inclusion and diversity.
