With over 30 years’ experience in learning and development, she is passionate about ensuring accessibility is embedded in digital learning, not just as a compliance requirement but as a core principle of effective design. She is the author of Designing Accessible Learning Content, the definitive guide for learning professionals, and was honoured as the Learning Performance Institute’s Learning Professional of the Year Gold Winner 2025 for her contributions to accessibility in digital learning.
