This week’s guests are Liz Naylor. She is a Senior Consultant with NIIT where they serve global clients on learning transformation projects, including learning to enable AI adoption. A self-confessed AI enthusiast with a career in HR, Talent Management and now in L&D for almost two decades. Having lived and worked in 3 different countries, Liz thrives on exploring the unknown and brings a unique blend of expertise and excitement whatever she is working on.

Kate Jackson is a strategic learning consultant at NIIT with over two decades of global experience, working across industries to drive impactful people development. From the jungle Burmese-Thai border to the industrial zones of Asia and the rural landscapes of Guinea, and West Africa, Kate has worked with Fortune 500 companies, NGOs and SMEs alike. As co-author of the 2023 NIIT St Charles Skills Transformation Report and founder of several businesses in Southeast Asia, she blends adventure with expertise. Kate’s journey is all about transforming learning for all.

Candice Mitchel has been through various stages of the L&D journey, from starting at the administrative level, where she handled every logistical detail, to leading nationwide projects for thousands. Candice had the opportunity to lead an L&D team as a Director, understanding firsthand the effort it takes to build a high-performing team. She now runs her own consultancy, navigating the challenges of securing clients and executing projects, sometimes with a small team or freelancers. Her experience spans the full spectrum, and knows what it takes to get things done at every level of L&D.
