Following that, he worked for a tree surgery company for 5 to 6 years, gaining valuable experience and confidence. In 2005, Tom took a leap and started his own tree surgery business. Over time, he gained a clear vision of why he was doing this—similar to others in the industry, it was the sense of freedom the work provided. He now looks back proudly at his journey, knowing he’s built something he can call his own and can take pride in doing the job well.
