In this podcast hosted by UON's Jason Day, Associate Professor Dr Tracey Redwood talks about her research that has looked into how increasing daily steps taken by women experiencing the menopause can lead to better quality sleep.


Dr Redwood is joined by Senior Lecturer in Advanced Nursing, Win Hughes, who was one of the research participants. They talk about what the research involved and its possible, wider implications.
