This week's Do Good & Do Well guest is the brilliant Grace Meadows. Grace is the Head of Music Minds Matter, a charity working to put positive mental health & wellbeing centre stage in music. Before joining Music Minds Matter, she led the Music for Dementia campaign having previously worked as a music therapist for over 10 years in adult psychiatry, education and the NHS. Grace is passionate about working with all those in music to ensure the industry can be a beacon for positive mental health. In this episode Grace shares her career path from starting as a bassoonist, becoming involved in a national campaign around dementia and music and now as Head of a Charity supporting anyone working in music. We hear about the charity Music Minds Matter and touch on the challenges of the industry on individuals. Grace also shares the practical support that Music Minds Matter offer.
