Spoiler: No, its not you, it's not your fault, it's the lie of the diet mentality culture that has led you to believe that eating this way is the only way to lose weight, and if you don't then you're the problem. It's not true, you're body NEEDS food and you don't have to restrict the things you enjoy, just to lose weight, and find that you crave them so much that you end up binging and then the cycle repeats
