You can't diet forever. Eventually, you'll want to take a diet break, reverse diet, or focus on building muscle again. This may require some weight gain in the process. But if you've just spent 3, 6, even 12 months working hard to lose weight, it can be intimidating. The same thing happens for people who've been "skinny" their whole life, but are afraid of adding too much fat while they bulk. So in this Minisode, I wanted to cover a few strategies I use with clients to ease their mind and keep their long-term goals in focus. Hope it helps.
