They're crucial for fat loss, general health, and for longevity. So, I made this Minisode to help you do just that without hating yourself. Most other videos and articles I've seen on this subject were very optimistic about what they were recommending, but they failed in practicality. I made this video for normal people like us who probably don't love eating veggies and want to add them in without changing much. Hope it helps!
