Due to media, or news, or their co-worker Karen — they’ve heard eating at night is bad for them. But, is that actually true? Does eating at night make you fat? In this Minisode, I answer that question by starting with the science, "What's the research say?" Then I give a simple rundown on what happens to your body as you eat throughout the day, and what truly dictates fat loss. Lastly, I cover this topic from a common-sense perspective, ending with some hypotheticals on why this may or may not be true. Hope it helps!
