Today, Coach Alex sits down with Coach Austin to discuss his path to coaching, the clients he prefers, and goals he's accomplished throughout his journey.

For a period of time, Austin's whole life revolved around competing. After earning his pro card, competing was no longer the focus. He got accepted into a 4 month study abroad program and left the country for the first time, leaving competing behind in search of new experiences.

While traveling and having conversations with people who were not immersed in bodybuilding, it forced him to zoom out and figure out who he was without competing. Listen in as Alex and Austin talk on maturing, growing up, and being open to new identities of yourself.
