Sonia's path to this work wasn't linear. After years as part of the senior leadership team in adult social care, she hit burnout so profound it took five months away from work to recover.

A single epiphany moment in a coaching session later, she knew exactly what she was meant to do next.

Now she blends therapeutic coaching, energy healing, Akashic Records work, somatic practice, nervous system support, and strategic business thinking into a framework she calls the Sacred Success Code.
