In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Anne Marie McElroy, Transformational Coach and Director, specialising in intuitive psychology, nervous system regulation, and deep identity shifts for women ready to break patterns and step into the next level of their life and business.
Anne Marie brings a fascinatingly layered perspective to this work. She has spent 20 years running a high-end luxury bridal business, working intimately with women through one of the most emotionally charged seasons of their lives. What she kept noticing, year after year, was that looking beautiful on the outside didn't resolve what was happening underneath. That curiosity led her deeper, through Reiki, Dr Joe Dispenza, somatic practices, and eventually to qualifying as a Master Intuitive Psychology Coach.
What I love about how she describes her work is this: what a client thinks is holding them back often isn't the real thing at all. Because trauma lives in the body, not in the story we tell ourselves about it 😌.
