80. Maintain Energy and Set Intentions: Summer Solstice Meditation and Ritual

Today, I will walk you through a meditation and a solstice ritual that you can use throughout the summer or whenever you want to feel connected to the Earth's energy. I encourage you to remain present and aware throughout the entire practice.

It's interesting that this season includes two full moons in Capricorn. If you want to practice breathwork weekly or even daily until the second full moon in Capricorn on July 21st, it can help you maintain the energy of summer and set intentions. For those in the southern hemisphere, consider what you are planting in your winter soil to see growth in the spring.

Key dates to remember:
June 20th for the Solstice
June 21st for the first Capricorn full moon
July 21st for the second Capricorn full moon

Tips for the practice:
- Find a calm environment.
- Have a journal by your bed to write in before you go into meditation. You can jot down notes on the day, set your intention, or reflect on your energy.
- Have a candle to light during this practice and blow it out at the end of the practice.
- Decide whether you want to do the practice once a week for the rest of the year, once a week for the summer, or every day until the next full moon.
- Stay present with your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and energy so that you can draw conclusions and receive messages as you go through this practice.
