Many of our champions, and indeed many of our listeners, have been privileged to have finished secondary school and followed their passion. But for Shadah, the story is a little different. She was pragmatic both in school and after, studying what came more easily, and seeking a secure career with plenty of job opportunities.
But when Shadah transitioned to working for Squadron Energy, she realised that she could have both job security, and a career with purpose, and that is challenging to boot!
