Tamzin Outhwaite is probably best known for her Role as Mel in Eastenders as well as starring in many amazing shows, Red Cap, Hustle, Hotel Babylon and many more. Her stage career is just as impressive performing in Grease, Oliver, Stepping out and Sweet Charity. We saw the real Tamzin, her bravery, authenticity humour and tenacity in The BBC series with Wim Hoff, Freeze The fear. In this episode we see another side to Tamzin, her spirit, openness and generosity as she shares the story behind setting up a retreat charity for woman We Free Women. We talk about aging, self-love, self-care and being a woman in your 50’s in the entertainment industry. Tamzin was so lovely, and this episode really reset Sharon and I and our outlook and a reminder to stay soft and open.
