Natalie is a trainer, coach and hypnotherapist.
After adopting her two chidren she struglled with her role being a new Mum. This lead to a major depression which ultimately propelled her into learning all about habits and hapiness which is what eventually totally transformed her life.
She now helps hundreds of others and at the core of her work is about helping people connect with that part of themselves that makes them feel stronger, more resourceful and better able to manage life and work when things are hard.
This conversation is a game changer in terms of understating why we do what we do and what triggers good and bad habits.
Natalie delves deep into the neuroscience of behaviour, helping us unlock what holds us back and what thought processes lead to the actions we take.
