Paul Kinkaid is a unique Leadership Specialist, Executive Coach, Coach Trainer, and Mental Health First Aid Instructor, with a deep passion for enabling others to recognise and achieve their own potential through leadership training and mentoring.

By virtue of his background, (former Lieutenant Colonel in the British Army) Paul knows how to stay calm in the most challenging situations. With training courses & coaching, he empowers others to do the same, to stop, think and then act in a manner that inspires confidence across a company.

In this podcast, Paul and I chat about what Leadership Coaching actually means and what signifies good and bad leadership - especially surrounding COVID and what Paul did to his company at the start of lockdown to ensure he was ready for the next stage of his corporate journey. We also bring our heads together and reflect on what our individual military careers have given us as tools to influence civilian life and what we have done to utilise these skills to great effect.
